DrCAF is a comprehensive database which contains 5,421 manually curated CAF-associated proteins, including 4,982 responsors, 1,069 secretions and 281 regulators in human and mouse. All CAF-associated proteins were classified into 24 cancer type.
    Here we provide a simple approach for users to browse the database: (i) By Cancer type; (ii) By protein categories. When browsed by Cancer or CAF types, users can select an interesting classification and the classification information of this type will be presented after clicking the link. The annotation information of each protein will be presented in the final webpage.
